Air Evac Life Team, Ware County Emergency Medical Service (EMS) along with the Ware County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is hosting a Safety/Preparedness Day event Saturday September 17th from 10:30a.m. – 12 noon at Lowe’s. The Air Evac Life Team medical helicopter along with local ambulances, fire trucks and law enforcement vehicles will be on display for viewing.
The Ware County EMS, Air Evac Life Team, local fire/rescue, law enforcement, 9-1-1, emergency management agency, CERT and Satilla Medical Reserve Corps will be available to answer any questions you have about your local public safety agencies.
The Ware County Emergency Management Agency and CERT will be available to sign you up for Code Red if you have not already signed up. The emergency notification system Code Red is provided as a free service to of Waycross and Ware County.
